MEDITATION & FRIENDSHIP

Learn how to relax and invoke your deepest internal compass with mindfulness exercises while building friendships with your fellow mamas.

EXPERT ADVICE & DISCUSSION

Being pregnant can force you to face your biggest challenges, and find joy in the smallest things. Weekly group coaching sessions aim to educate you about pregnancy wellness as well as provide a space for non-biased engagements with friends. Because we are all in this together.
