Hello and welcome to Fit X Femme – Total Mindful Fitness. My name is Zee Avci and I empower high-achieving men and women to attain their healthiest lives through a whole-person approach involving exercise, nutrition and mindfulness.
I know what it means to be busy – I’ve been there with my lists and my ideas and my mountain-conquering visions….
And I also know that if you do not have the energy to do it, if you have constant headaches and back pain from it, and stress that causes you to doubt all of it – then you are ignoring one very important item on your list: and that’s your health, darling.
But it can all be so very confusing to figure out which exercises to do, how to incorporate nourishing food into a busy schedule, and to plan it all out in a way that makes sense for you.
That is one of the many reasons why I decided to form Fit X Femme (FXF).
FXF programs help you in your quest for healthier living – to get to feeling stronger, leaner, more flexible, and to have greater endurance and positivity.
Mindful Fitness Personalized is a one-on-one health coaching program in which I guide you through goal-setting, education, motivation, and specific exercise programming with appropriate nutritional guidance to get you the results that you want.
In Mindful Fitness at Work, I take these same principles and deliver live, interactive sessions to groups. And the newly developed Fit X Mama Prenatal Wellness Program features exercise and coaching that is expertly designed for expecting mamas.
My approach is grounded in the science of lifestyle and weight management, and my goal is to foster positivity and self-efficacy. I am a Certified Health Coach through the American Council on Exercise and hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy through University of Michigan-Flint.
I want to help you to feel confident, happy, motivated, and full of energy so you can live your best life every day.
