Fit X Mama is for ALL mamas.
It is for new mamas, and mamas to new babies. It is about women of varying sizes and shapes taking charge of their bodies while supporting the journeys of fellow mamas and mamas-to-be.

Research is continuously growing and evolving in exercise, nutrition and mindfulness. We make sure to stay on top of current breakthroughs as well as to be educated about trends in pregnancy fitness.

About Your Coach
Dr. Zee Avci started the Fit X Mama program out of her own experiences with the lack of quality and trusted in-person pregnancy programs that nurtured not only physical health but also provided expert advice and a place of support and friendship during one of the most significant experiences in life.
